Tales of Procrastination to Productivity Day -58

March 30th, 2025. Woke up as usual, but not for work. Today was my first swimming class. I've been planning to learn to swim for a long time, and I finally made it. It was a bit rusty since my body is stiff from lifting weights at the gym. I need some more practice. The day went well. I visited a temple, though not the one I had planned. Had breakfast outside, but I made lunch, which turned out good. Took a rest for the remaining day. I took my wife for a driving class, and I was the coach. It was fun, and I felt very happy because it's a sign of her recovery. I hope everything goes as planned, and I will switch jobs ASAP. That's all. March 29th 2025 Woke late today at nearly 8am but had excellent sleep. Got ready had lunch heavy one . Came back home had sex with wifey. Went for hair cut had bath then gone for tea break in the evening. Gone to get groceries came back had big cheesy omlette and 1ltr thumsup. March 28th, 2025 Negative things: Masturbated today. Had food outside—biriyani in the afternoon and shawarma at night. Got my salary with a bonus, nearly 3 lakhs. 27th March 2025 Negative thoughts: Mastrubated multiple times and no regret of it . Thought of leaving few things for next which I shouldhsve done today . Postive thinking: Taken care of long lasting tasks which I am pushing over . Kept everything clean and felt good about it . Sorted few things with my wife but she is angry on me . I am not being much empathetic to her because of her medical issue. I think I need to be more supportive to her. Other than that it's been a good day . Tales of Procrastination to Productivity Day -54

March 26th, 2025 For the past few days, I've been posting my updates just for the sake of it. I will not do that anymore as it doesn't serve the purpose of why I'm doing this. Today, I woke up as usual, got ready, and went to the office, but in my mind, I wanted to take leave. So at 10:30 my time, I called in sick, left the office, and didn't book a cab or anything. I walked for nearly 5 km, exhausted because of the summer sun. I booked a bike taxi, came home, had biryani and soft drinks, and had a good sleep. I woke up and had coffee and green tea. Today's highlights are: I masturbated thrice already and have in mind to do it again. Walked nearly 5 km, that's crazy I know, but did it. Now that my manager's manager is also leaving the firm, I have a bad feeling that it might start with some kind of layoffs. 21st March 2025 Woke up early as usual, took care of work-related stuff, missed the gym today, and slept for long hours. Finished off the beers I got on the day of the office outing and planning to stop drinking from now on. Had a very bad experience as I took my wife out after drinking, got caught up in a road rage incident. Luckily, we came out of it with no problem, but it gave my wife mental trauma. 20th March 2025 Woke up early as usual and took care of some work-related stuff. Took my thyroid test; unfortunately, my diet and exercise did not help much. I am still at a high level of TSH. Starting my medication tomorrow, 21st March 2025. The count of tablets left is 79, and they will expire in June 2025. Hope this will make some change, and I will enter the single digit. I will continue my exercises as well and see how it goes. That's all for now, until next time.

March 19th, 2025 Woke up, got ready, went to the office, got things done. Came home early and took my kid to the bus station, sending her off to hometown for summer vacation with my father-in-law. Came back, had ice cream, and went to the gym. This time did incline 10 for 30 minutes and incline 7 for 10 minutes. Came back home, had dinner, and checked weight: 79.7 kg. Let's continue the same routine. Ended the day with good sleep. Let's see how it goes until then.

March 11th, 2025 Woke up on time, got ready, and reached the office late because of a cab delay. Took care of office work without any problems. Learned new things today and interacted with more people. Slept for 2 hours after coming back home, woke up again, and went to the gym. March 10, 2025: Today began early—3 AM to be exact. I got ready and tackled a lot of work-related tasks, keeping things productive on that front. Later, I came home, enjoyed a good meal, and decided to hit the gym after quite some time. My workout consisted of 30 minutes on the treadmill at an incline of 7 and a speed of 4, followed by 10 minutes at a speed of 5. I wrapped it up with a light stretch, which left me feeling refreshed. I dozed off on the couch soon after but woke up in time for dinner. Back to work again, I stayed focused until 10:30 PM, when I finally finished everything and took the time to update this blog. March 9th, 2025 No idea what happened on this day as I missed updating what happened. I calculated, and it was supposed to be 62 days, but I got 60 days. I added two days with the same number and missed one day, i.e., March 9th, 2025. It's okay; no one is perfect, so I'm updating it as a reminder so the numbers sync. On March 4th, 2025, I awoke later than usual and consequently missed my scheduled login time for work.  I promptly notified my manager regarding the situation and subsequently managed my responsibilities.  I engaged in a meaningful discussion with my wife concerning our future plans and expressed anticipation for returning to the office next week.  Despite experiencing some negative thoughts related to the challenges of starting anew amidst mental fatigue and a sense of inactivity, I managed to overcome these feelings.  I will strive to maintain this positive outlook moving forward. March 1st, 2025. The day started with a brutal headache. I woke up only wearing my underwear and don’t remember much after getting home last night. My wife is upset with me because she had to take care of the kid all day while I was sleeping off my hangover. I managed to do a few house chores, but the headache made it tough. I bought some beers last night, and she put them away. After that, I spent time with the kid, had a nice lunch, and got them to nap.
