Tales of Procrastination to Productivity Day -47

Woke up, got ready, went to the office, got things done. Came home early and took my kid to the bus station, sending her off to hometown for summer vacation with my father-in-law.
Came back, had ice cream, and went to the gym. This time did incline 10 for 30 minutes and incline 7 for 10 minutes.
Came back home, had dinner, and checked weight: 79.7 kg.
Let's continue the same routine. Ended the day with good sleep.
