Tales of Procrastination to Productivity Day -45

March 17th,2025
Did not sleep properly the previous night had only sleep for 1hour 
Been to office exhausted and taken care of most of the things 
Missed my diet but still managed to go to gym and feel a change in the body now .
Feeling better 
Uninstalled instagram again it's like a routine but still accessing over browser.
Will start investing my time on something productive now.
Until then..
