Tales of Procrastination to Productivity Day -140

Today, I woke up with most of my work already completed, so I spent some time clearing my queue. I felt unmotivated and preoccupied with thoughts from yesterday. After a long time, I resorted to masturbation and logged into Instagram, only to find that no one reached out or shown any concern. This made me question why I should care. As a result, I have decided to my social a bare minimum.
Continued my hand work four times the whole day but I did not feel much of guilt or for more I just did it for stress and I am not feeling bad for that .
started my medication for Vitamin D and B12
lets see if this will reduce my hair fall
