Today I had heavy breakfast bowl full of nuts afternoon biriyani and night half grill chicken egg chill and noodles
With 1ltr thumsup 
So this is it let's start out diet from tomorrow and see how it goes 
Done two hours swimming session today so little tired 
Will catch up tomorrow with more updates
