April 13th 2025

Today not much I mastrubated multiple times had good food felt like got fever again but feeling ok now .
I am updating just for the sake of it .
Should start different approach from tomorrow.

Sunday started late as usual, finished some home chores, and picked up the plumbing kit I had ordered from Amazon. Spent time fixing the toilets in both bathrooms and then relaxed by watching TV for the rest of the day. That’s about it—nothing much else happened. Signing off now, until then, adios!

Today was a hectic day at work. I managed to handle the issues, but it took up most of my time and energy.  I hope my efforts will be recognized by my colleagues. I know it's okay not to be productive every single day. Focusing on one thing at a time is a good approach. I felt the urge for sex and watched porn, but I didn't masturbate. Tales of Procrastination to Productivity Day -65

April 6th, 2025 Woke up late at 7:30, swimming class was at 8:00. I reached late but completed the class. Came home, had a bath, but masturbated twice because I felt like it. I'm still high and don't know when I'll manage this. But okay, I cleaned myself, prayed to God as it's a festival today, and hoped the remaining day would go well. It did not go well. I masturbated again twice. Not feeling that bad, but I'm not sure why I'm doing this. I want to go back to being the curious and fun guy I was. People used to have a good time with me.
